AC Milan Continues Pursuit of Inter Milan with 1-0 Win over Napoli

AC Milan kept their Scudetto hopes alive on Sunday with a narrow 1-0 victory over Napoli at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona. The win moves Milan within three points of league leaders Inter Milan, who have a game in hand.
The only goal of the match came in the 10th minute when Rafael Leão slotted home a pass from Theo Hernandez. Napoli pushed for an equalizer throughout the match, but they were unable to find a breakthrough against a resolute Milan defense.
The win was Milan's second consecutive victory in Serie A and extended their unbeaten run to five matches. The Rossoneri have now won 12 of their last 15 league games, moving them into fourth place in the standings.
Milan will face a tough test in their next match when they travel to the San Siro to face Inter Milan on February 6th. A win in that match would give Milan a major boost in their quest for the Serie A title.
